"...please note that the entire production of Mas de Daumas Gassac is organically farmed at the Daumas Gasasc estate and also entirely vinified, aged and bottles in the Gassac underground cellar (under my responsibility).
"We do not use any animal ingredient or product in the winemaking process and actually keep our use of Sulphur Dioxyde (Natural preservative) to zero or close to it."
