"Since I have been with Church & State Wines (2005 vintage) we have never used any animal products.
All our white wines (to this point) are protein stabilized with clay and filtered with compressed paper.
Our red wines (to this point) have not needed to be filtered or fined (this is were you would use an animal product) and are protein stabilized within themselves."
