"Our wines are all naturally made and don't use additives for processing or fining (other than very small quantities of sulfites to protect the wine, and occasionally minor adjustments to acids such as tartaric, mallic, or citric). We rarely filter our wines, but on occasion we have had to (to ensure the stability of the wine) and use a process called a cross flow, which is very gentle on the wine, but that does not add anything to the wine, only removes impurities.
Our wine is all made and bottled in our own facility and nowhere else in the world."
