"I am happy to say that our wines are all now vegan-friendly. We used to use isinglass in the filtration, but have not for several years."

"We do use Isinglass for some of the filtration. Not all the wines are put through an isinglass filter, but a few are. That is the only “animal” product used in production of the wines. Also, our wines are only manufactured here in Naples, at our small facility!"
