"zur Klärung unserer Moste setzen wir dem Saft Gelatine zu, damit der Trub sich zusammenballt und ausflockt. Diese Gelatine wird anschließend wieder mit dem Trub entfernt. Sie ist somit keine Zutat sondern ein Hilfsmittel."
