"The only thing we routinely add to the whites is bentonite which is a clay. It is added for heat stability (so that a protein solid doesn’t form on the off chance the wind gets heated).
It sounds like your question was specifically about milk issues as well and I can assure you that there are no dairy or dairy-based components added to the wine. I actually don’t consume dairy so I am sensitive to this as well."
