"Unfortunately we have not found a processing aid to compete with the effectiveness of isinglass and are too small to be able to afford post production processes, such as centrifugation, which produce the quality of beer that customers have learnt to expect in our beers.

"We have to accept that this means we can not sell our traditionally made products to those choosing the vegan lifestyle. With future developments we hope this can change. When this happens we will be sure to publicise the fact."
