"Thanks for reaching out and expressing your interest in our products and how they’re made. Currently all but two of our products offered are vegan/ vegan-friendly. The Preacher (Peach Ale), and Slammer (Tropical fruit ale) both contain lactose, but all other beers are cultured entrirely by saccharomyces and lactobacillus, which in turn were propagated from grain-derived wort. We opt to not add any fining agents, and instead use long conditioning times and media filtration to clarify our products. All enzymes used on the distilling side have been derived from species of fungus. "
