"Elegante Cream sherry is not vegan friendly. The vegan friendly sherries we have are: Tio Pepe, Tio Pepe En Rama, Tio Pepe Palmas range, Palo Cortado Añada 1991, Nectar Pedro Ximenez, Noé Pedro Ximenez VORS, Croft Original. We do not have the V-label certificate for Beronia, but please find attached the certificates for Vilarnau and Jerez."

"Gonzalez Byass uses egg albumin (egg white) to clarifie the Sherry wines before bottling. This egg albumin is eliminated by sedimentation and amicrobic filtration (0,45 µ) just before bottling.
We have made analysis of albumin in Tio Pepe and it is not detected."
