"I spoke to someone knowledgeable about the brewing process at the San Diego location, and according to him, they do not use gelatin or isinglass; instead, they use biofine, which is silica-based. The only Melvin beer at this location that isn't vegan is the Killer Bees American Blonde, which uses honey."
