"Nope. No animal ingredients are used in the production of our spirits. Our enzymes (Novozymes) are produced from submerged fermentation, using bacteria and fungi. Our yeasts (Lallemand) are grown using sugar solutions as a nutrient. No animal products are used in the processing/filtration step... Our products are only bottled in our facility."
