"What we will be pouring at Beer Dabbler will all be vegan. However, going forward, we will be fining two of our main styles, the Root River and the Homesteader, with non-vegan products. The Driftless Dry will always be vegan. In the long run, we hope to use filtering as our clarifying method or experimenting with some non-animal based fining agents that are starting to become more widely available."
