"So, my ciders taste different every year because each harvest is different and I blend different apples. I still use only the apples I grow myself and still use only vegan and gluten free ingredients."
Company email (January 2014):
"I grow my own apples, and press them. I add yeast and sugar to the cider and let it ferment. I do filter it to improve clarity. I filter it through filter pads (paper), and never use isinglass. When I bottle, I add some sulfites to make it shelf-stable. I don't pasteurize it, as I want it to bottle-condition."
