"Some of our beers do use lactose (milk sugar) and some use honey. It is almost always on the label if those ingredients are used i.e. Milk Stout if we use lactose. The only time we use isinglass is for our cask conditioned ale, and those are special tappings at bars and fests. We don't filter our product nor is it made on contract anywhere else. "
