"Our wines are perfectly suited for vegan persons. We do not use and never used fining techniques which is the main source of the use of animal products.
Our filtering is done with PE filtration and no animal products are used in this process either. We produce and bottle at our premisses on mount Etna and our products are not bottled, neither processed by other companies."
