"My wines, ciders and conferments are 100% vegan, as is everything that comes out of the La garagista production space. I work with and for them, and all my products are produced and bottled in their facility in Barnard, Vermont. We do not fine or filter in any way, so there are no animal products used, nor do we produce anything with added sugar except for one piquette that uses maple syrup but NO honey.
We would love to be featured in your directory. I also work with Camila Carrillo of La Montañuela and Anna Travers of Lilith Wines and they both make 100% vegan products as well."
