"We own a small urban winery in San Diego county called Grafted Cellars. We produce around 1,000 to 1,500 cases a year of different varietals. One thing they all have in common is the lack of animal products used to produce them. We do not use any fining agents at all in our process, instead using traditional racking methods and a plate filter system with plant based cellulose filters to clean our wine. We make our wine from grapes from our estate vineyard or from grapes we source from our custom crush clients. We do not use any other animal based products in our production whatsoever."
