"DCB also allows organic milk and organic egg white fining, which sometimes we do, sometimes we don’t, depends on the wine…but both of those methods would disqualify it from being Vegan... I never use milk or eggs with the Los Olivos [Ibarra-Young] Marsanne, so it could actually qualify as Vegan or Vegetarian!"
