"...rest assured, we only use natural products in the fining of our wine, no animal products of any sort are used throughout our entire winemaking process with all our wines... We use bentonite clay as a clarifying agent in our wines which is an animal friendly option."

"We do use egg whites to fine our red wines. Quite often we will use Gelatin on our white wines but it varies vintage by vintage and varietal by varietal. Certainly not all of our white wines are treated with Gelatin but I would have to check into each product specifically."
