Rivino Estate Vineyards and Winery is vegan friendly

Brendan notes (May 2017) "While some of the wineries I touch base with can only guarantee me that specific wines or vintages are vegan, RIVINO has let me know that they never use animal ingredients in their fining/filtering (they only occasionally fine, and when they do it's with bentonite). "They produce a pinot blanc, chardonnay, syrah blend, sangiovese, cabernet franc, viognier, and rosé. "What's most useful to me, and I suspect to many of your readers, is that they are releasing both a blanc de blanc sparkling and a rosé sparkling wine. Finding domestic sparklings that are vegan is virtually impossible (Domaine Carneros being one of the very few exceptions), so I thought it was great to know!"
