"I can confirm our wines 100% vegan and gluten-free.
Previous owner did did not have the ability to filter like we do.
We use state of the art cross flow membranes that are 100% cellulose fiber.
Hard wines are filtered to 0.45 micron which pulls every single solid out of the wine for stabilization; this is modern technology that wild coyote never used. "
