"We use bentonite (a clay like substance) for clarification of our white wines only. We do not use egg whites or any animal derived products in the wine making process. Our Pinot Noir (red wine) does not have any clarification additives nor does the Chardonnay.
"We only bottle our wines at our estate, preserving the artisan nature and natural wine making practices for all of our wines."
