"I spoke to one of the winemakers after the person serving didn't know the answers to my questions. He said they use various filtering/fining agents, depending on the wine. We were interested only in the dry wines, and they were all vegan, so some of their other wines may use animal ingredients. When I told them about submitting them to Barnivore, they said just make sure to say that someone should ask about the specific wines they're interested in.
The following wines all use bentonite as a filtering agent and no animal ingredients:
2014 Chardonnay
2015 Gewurztraminer
2015 Dry Riesling
2015 Semi-Dry Riesling
2014 Pinot Noir
2014 Cabernet Franc
2014 Proprietor's Red
2014 Cabernet Sauvignon
In addition to these, the 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is un-fined and animal product free."
