"We do on occasion use a product containing egg whites in the fining (clarification) process. Not necessarily in every wine or every vintage, but it does occur from time to time. No other animal products are used. And we are a very small winery, producing about 1,500 cases per year. Our wine is only produced and bottled here in Napa Valley."
