Company statement (June 2013):
"At Glenterra, our winemaking emphasizes a natural approach, minimal intervention, no use of enzymes, animal based fining agents (vegan friendly) and no filtration of the red wines.
For our red and white wines, we hand-pick the grapes, allow a wild yeast fermentations, and for some wines use extended aging on the lees in both stainless steel tanks & oak barrels."
