Sanders Family Winery is vegan friendly

Company email (March 2013): "Never thought of wines as a concern for vegans. You are safe. Our wines are 100% made from grapes. There are no animal ingredients including milk, eggs, honey etc. in any of our wines. Filtration is done naturally by natural sediment settling. We do use bentonite (a fine grade of clay in the form of tiny granules of sand) to clarify the wine. This a natural product. It settles to the bottom of the tank and is removed. Our wines are all produced/ vinted and bottled here at our facilities."
