Our wines do NOT contain any animal ingredients. Based on our Micro climate, growing process, equipment and racking Process, we are able to clarify the wines naturally. We do a sterile filtration at bottling to ensure no residual yeast is left in the wine.
We embrace as many sustainable practices as possible in the vineyard as well as the winery and believe that reflects back in the quality of our product. We have never used any of the products you listed or any other fining agent for that matter.
