What the company told us

Correspondence on record, with the date of each entry.

Company email: "Our beers are all vegetarian-friendly. This includes cask-conditioned ale." Company email: "There are no animals products, derivatives, etc., in any of my beers. No gelatin, isinglass, or any finings of any kind except for seaweed as a kettle fining. It is also known as carageenan or Irish moss. I do, however, often use honey (produced locally) as an adjunct (I prefer it over processed sugars like dextrose)... Blunderbuss and Arquebus barleywines both utilize honey."
