"I don't use any fining agents. Rarely I will need to filter a wine but when the occasion arises I filter with Diatomaceous Earth. I really high tech sort of "dirt". As far as vegan, I don't know what the criteria is for bring considered vegan. I can't think of any animal products used in my wines."
