"We confirm that all of the wines from the Quercioli line and all of other lines with POD do not contain any animal-derived ingredients. We do not use it in any production process, including clarification and filtration mentioned.

"Please note that all of our wines are not certified 'Vegan' by a third party, so you won’t find any statement on the back label."

"Lambrusco le grotte bianco (white), is suitable for vegans, it does not contain any animal ingredients such as milk, eggs, honey etc… Moreover we do not use animal products during the production process such as finings etc..

"On the contrary for le grotte Lambrusco Reggiano rosso (red), we use (when needed) gelatin as fining agent, which means that the gelatin it is not an ingredient, but it is used during the production process and enters in contact with the wine."
