"Our beers are all natural and unfiltered, with no additives or preservatives. We <b>do</b> use gelatin in the processing of most of our beers for clarification purposes. We have searched for a different solution, but are unable to find one. Suggestions would be appreciated. Unfortunately the market will not accept a beer that is not clear.
Our Salt Spring Porter *DOES NOT* use gelatin in its process, so I can confirm that this beer is definitely vegan friendly. As a dark beer, its clarity is less of an issue."
