"Health Canada requires food manufacturers to clearly label products if they contain one of the government’s priority allergens: peanut; tree nuts; soy; wheat; egg; milk; seafood (shellfish, fish, and crustaceans); sesame; sulphites; and mustard.

"We aim for the best possible quality in each of our products. Due to the agricultural nature of wine our wine compositions and ingredient additions will change as each vintage year presents us with different challenges that we have to adapt to. Generally, we do not use animal products in the production of our products however we do not submit our products for any classification under the ‘vegetarian’ or ‘vegan’ title."
