"The strong majority of our beer is vegan. We do not use any animal derived products for fining or filtering. We have occasionally made beers in the past with animal products, namely lactose and honey, but those ingredients are always listed and labeled.

"None of our product is contract brewed or co-packed, so the process is always the same and in our control."
