"All of our wines are produced completely naturally beginning with wild fermentation and ending unfiltered and unfined. We do use a very small dose of the appropriate amount of sulphite. With that said, none of the wines that we produce or ever will produce contain any animal ingredients and no animal ingredients are used in any of the processes."
