Company email (May 2013): "En nuestros vinos blancos no usamos procuctos de origen animal, solo se usan bentonitas(tierras) y proteínas de origen vegetal (guisantes) para la clarificaicon del vino, por lo tanto nuestos vinos son aptos para vegetarianos y veganos" [Google translation] "In our white wines do not use animal procuctos, only used bentonite (land) and plant proteins (beans) for wine clarificaicon therefore our wines are suitable for vegetarians and vegans" Company email (August 2011): "I’ve been talking to our winemakers and I’ve been told that here in the winery we don’t use any kind of animal products during the winemaking process. The only products we use during the clarification are: PVPP: to avoid the colour evolution, PVPP (a polymer) is added to the wine which reacts with the unstable colouring matter Bentonite: bentonite (clay) is added. The bentonite has the capacity of joining itself to the proteins."
