"The vast majority of our beer is vegan friendly. "Where our cask beers are fined for clarity, this is done with a non-animal based alternative to isinglass. "A small number of our recipes feature lactose, for example Faked Alaska and the occasional milk stout, but this will always be clearly stated. A number of the team are vegan including our General Manager and wherever possible we avoid animal products. The move to non-isinglass finings was made last year as part of this ongoing process, and when we're able to find an alternative to lactose that achieves the desired outcome, I'm sure we'll make the change."
