Mallorca Pale Ale is Vegan Friendly

"Nuestras cervezas son veganas, ya que no utilizamos ningún ingrediente de procedencia animal en su elaboración. Nosotros nos ocupamos de la elaboración y envasado de principio a fin. La lista de ingredientes es simple: agua, maltas de cereal, lúpulo y levadura. También elaboramos kombucha a base de té, azúcar y la fermentación de un gran scubby que hemos alimentado desde que era una pequeña colonia.

"Todos los ingredientes que usamos en la elaboración de nuestras cervezas y kombucha son de origen ecológico.

"Indicar también, que los platos que ofrecemos en el bar de la fábrica cubren a totívoros, vegetarianos y veganos, con alimentos de calidad, lo más locales y ecológicos posibles."

[Translation: "Our beers are vegan, as we do not use any animal-derived ingredients in their production. We handle the brewing and packaging from start to finish. The ingredient list is simple: water, cereal malts, hops, and yeast. We also make kombucha using tea, sugar, and the fermentation of a large SCOBY that we have been feeding since it was a small colony.

"All the ingredients we use in making our beers and kombucha are organic.

"We would also like to point out that the dishes we offer in the brewery’s bar cater to omnivores, vegetarians, and vegans, with high-quality food that is as local and organic as possible."]
