"Lemon Hart rums can be classified as Vegan. Ingredients are all vegetable based as are processing aids. Substrate is fermented and distilled cane sugar molasses and caramel colour is sugar that has been caramelized. Cane rum distillates are matured in American white oak barrels. Filtration materials are cellulose based .
