" I was pretty sure we only use bentonite for light fining, but wanted to double check. And that is indeed the case. Wines are not filtered, and when we do use a fining agent, it is only ever bentonite. This goes for all four wineries – Evening Land, Domaine de la Cote, Sandhi, and Piedrasassi."
