"Our wines are made from organically grown indigenous grapes in a traditional way and are single variety vinificated (except for one blend, the Colline Novaresi Rosso DOC "il Nonno"). We do not add any chemical or animal derived ingredient to our wines and this, added to the drastic selection of the grapes and a totally natural process of clarification and filtration, certainly makes the quality of our products
Note that all of them have recently obtained the VEGAN CERTIFICATION, thing that we are sure can open new markets for them."
