"...we don’t use any animal products such as eggs, casein, etc. as we don’t fine the wine. We do filter the wine, but it’s a mechanical filtering using paper pads. The only additives that we use are yeast, a yeast nutrition supplement which is basically inactive yeast, and a culture for malolactic fermentation (oenococcus oeni), none of which are animal based."
