We do not use any animal products, but we do use diatomaceous earth (DE) in our filtration process, which is a standard process in the brewing industry. DE is the fossil remains of marine organisms that lived millions of years ago. The DE is a process aid, as it is added and filtered right back out of the product, the finished product should contain none.
