From Teri: "Hello, I am reading your list now and wanted to share something I found out in February 2007. There is a vineyard in my town, Wallingford (CT), that does not use any animal ingredients to make their wine--EVER! I was so thrilled. I'm not much of a wine drinker, but this place has a spectacular view and you can bring your own food to eat there while you drink. It is called Gouveia Vineyards."
