"We have released one beer (Polyflora in spring 2018) that was fermented in wine barrels over local wildflower honey. Otherwise, all 200+ beers we make are totally vegan: no lactose, casein, isinglass, gelatin, or any other animal products. And we are the only facility that manufacturers our beers, so there’s no chance of a different processing system."
