"Our beer is not brewed with animal products unless specifically labeled as such (eg menu states honey or lactose in specific beers). They are clarified with a silica based product called Biofine in order to avoid animal derived products. In short, they are vegan friendly unless specifically called out otherwise on the menu. And yes, we are a microbrewery and therefore only sell beer we make on site."
