"All of Market Garden Brewery's packaged beers (cans and bottles) are free of any animal products or byproducts. None of the beers we currently distribute contain any lactose or dairy products, honey, or eggs, and no animal products are used in the processing or clarification of the beer, either.

"We currently operate the only facility that produces our products, here in the Ohio City neighborhood of Cleveland.

"Our draft list at our pub location includes beers that are produced on a separate, smaller system (our original brewhouse) still located in the back of our restaurant, and some of those pub-exclusive draft beers may contain ingredients such as honey or lactose from time to time."
