"We make a wide range of fruit wines and liqueurs. The only one of our wines that contains an animal ingredient is our medieval mead, which is made with honey. Likewise, all liqueurs except for our mead liqueur do not contain any animal ingredients. We do not use any animal products in processing or filtration, this is all done using natural processes only.
