"At the Alfalfa Farm Winery we use NO fining agents at all. We do not use honey. Any back-sweetening is done with pure cane sugar.
"I have often thought of shellfish sensitivity for wines processed with isinglass, or protein sensitivity from fining agents with albumen.
"We rack and filter our wines to clarity.
"All of our wines are made and bottled onsite. No production elsewhere.
"They are bottled from a 4- stand gravity fed bottling machine, then hand corked , capsuled and labeled one at a time."
