"Unless stated on our beer menu (lactose, honey, etc), all of our beers are vegan.

I use a clarifying agent called Kick-T (http://www.gusmerbeer.com/catalog/kick-carrageenan/kick-carrageenan-t-tablets/) derived from seaweed, but never isinglass or anything else.
