Twain is Not Vegan Friendly

"Generally Twain's does not use any animal products in our beer.
Occasionally I might do a beer including honey or the like but it is
kinda rare. I do not use any isinglass or finings in the beer but many
of them run through a diatomaceous earth filter. Those that do include
honey or cocoa or the like are specified either in the menu or in the
name.

The cocoa stout I do is usually around December and I use cocoa powder
in it. I have done one milk stout at Twain's using lactose but haven't
done another since. If it were made again, it would definitely be
labeled a "Milk" Stout indicating the lactose - don't want any lactose
intolerant people to have complications and just to give general
information."
